Lokalizacja relatywnie blisko morza (Gdańsk Brzeźno) - około 1km do morza , sporo miejsc parkingowych pod blokiem, ciche osiedle.
Stosunek jakości do ceny. Stare mieszkanie, w starym bloku, urządzone maksymalnie po kosztach. Poszewki na kołdry z innej parafii niż poduszki, kubki w kuchni to reklamówki z róznych firm, łóżka to stare rozkładane sofy. Generalnie całe urządzenie mieszkania tandetne, a jednoczeście doba kosztuje prawie 600 zl. Ja rozumiem że to trójmiasto, że jest popyt, ale w tej cenie oczekiwałbym że ktoś zainwestował choć trochę gotówki żeby jakość pobytu przystawała do ceny.

Fajna lokalizacja,blisko plaży,podczas naszego pobytu nie była mocno zatłoczona. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty.
Zmywarka która się sama zamykała jak się chciało coś do nie włożyć, skrzypiące drzwi od pomieszczeń ,strasznie poplamione kanapy, mieliśmy swoje koce więc położyliśmy pod prześcieradłem inaczej raczej byłby problem żeby się położyć.
