    Linens is full of stains, very noisy, staff dont have an idea that you are there in the room. They will knock on the door as early as 7 in the morning just to check if theres someone in the room. And they wont hand you the room key when you go out.

    1st the location is okay! Like near to everything specially Mall of Asia The rooms in the picture is what you expect. But in a dirtier way. The bed sheets if full of yellow stain and like blood stain, shower drainage is clogging, toilet bowl has its crack, staff knocking on your door as early as 6am asking if there is someone on the room like they dont have idea someone check in on that room. And everytime we go out they will ask us if we will be going to check out. As if they dont have any idea that we check in for 4days and 3 nights. Cell signal is terrible. For both smart and globe network. Like almost none. Wifi is also terrible it barely existing most of the time it wont allow you to connect to the wifi. One thing as well they wont had over your room key. So everytime you leave and lock the door you will ask for the key in the counter from time to time witch is very inconvenient, and the cherry on to of our experience? Since it was very near on the airport Every 15 to 30 minutes there will be a airplain taking of and landing so you will hear a loud noise from time to time 24/7 not a noice prof room
