New Crown Palace Hotel

The location was superb, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are excellent highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 😀

There were restaurants and markets on walking distance from the Hotel Location.

Meal cost taken from the Hotel was overcharged (expensive)....

Front desk staff are fantastic with trying to be helpful. Room service staff were average. The room and king-sized bed are spacious. Location is a quick drive to major tourist sites. When requesting things, they do bring it. Hotel price is fine.

No shampoo was in the hotel. The first night I asked, they brought me body soap to use as shampoo. The second night they offered actual shampoo, thank you. I'm not sure if Pakistani hotels typically provide water or a water kettle but other places typically provide either one or both. This hotel had neither. When the brought me water, the bottles were already opened both times but they told me it's filtered water so that's good. I'm just not sure how clean both the bottle mouthpiece and the water itself are. There were some cockroaches in the room unfortunately.
