New Comfort Residency

I stayed at New Comfort Residency last week, and honestly, it was one of the most wonderful stays I have ever had. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable bed, sofa, chairs, wardrobe, and well-maintained washroom to the lounge and terrace. I especially appreciated the direct telephone connection to the kitchen and reception, which was very convenient. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Islamabad and opposite Safa Gold Mall. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and welcoming. I truly had an amazing experience and would highly recommend New Comfort Residency. The facilities and service you get at such an affordable price are exceptional. Definitely a place worth staying at when visiting Islamabad!

One thing I personally find inconvenient—not specifically with this hotel, but with the standard hotel policy in general—is the fixed check-in and check-out timing. For example, if a guest checks in at 8:00 AM, the room is still considered for only one night and checkout is required by 12:00 PM the same day. 😂 In my opinion, it would be more reasonable and convenient if the checkout time were calculated based on the actual check-in time. For instance, if I check in at 8:00 AM, my checkout could be at 8:00 AM the following day. I understand the practical reasons behind standard timings, but a more flexible approach would certainly make the experience even better for guests.
