My stay was perfect! If you’re planning to stay in Manila—especially for a concert at Araneta Coliseum—this place is ideal because it’s just walking distance. Everything you need is nearby: shops, dining options, malls, and convenience stores. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable. The concierge and guards were very nice and made sure the place was secure at all times. The elevator was smooth and fast, which made going in and out very convenient. The unit was very clean, and all the facilities were working very well. The host and caretaker were both very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was truly worth the money and made my Manila stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back if I’m going to watch another concert at Araneta again!

The property was clean and organized.

The first night I was there, the hot water was not working in full function, so I ended up taking a slightly warm/cold shower. My friend called the attendant, but she was not able to come until the next morning because it was later in the evening. It would have been nice if she just gave us instructions on turning the knob underneath the sink to full heat. We found that out later when she came that morning and just adjusted the knob herself. But the last two nights I was there, the same thing happened, and no hot water again. I just weathered it out..
