The property is very central to all facilities, restaurants and shopping. A very spacious apartment with good facilities. It is only a short walk to the Araneta Cubao station which service most of Manila frequently and very cheaply.
On arrival there was an infestation of cockroaches and we did not stay in this apartment as it needed exterminators to be called in. For a 10 day stay there was no change of linen or any offered.
