Clean and brand new. Nice neighborhood. There was also a WiFi even though it was not advertised.
Poor noice insulation between flats. Kitchen utensils (knives, forks, spoons) were limited. A brush and a shovel would be a nice addition to keep floor tidy during a stay.

Very clean and a good location for the metro and the port. Modern decor
Very noisy, it felt we had all the neighbours in our room. You definitely need ear plugs. Next door’s phone rang and it sounded so close we thought it was ours!
Pillows could do with improving and the bed moving away from the wall so the other person can get out. The shelf’s need refixing to the wall.
Also the hot water had been switched off at the fuse board so we had cold showers until we found the fuse board.
