    Room had everything I needed. Cooking equipment, washer/dryer, good smart TV. Located 50 ft from SM Aura mall and about 10 minute walk from High Street. 711 located on the ground, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

    Even though the location is great and the staff is helpful, the lack of amenities made the stay uncomfortable. Body wash and shampoo were missing but there was a really tiny bar of soap. I read in other reviews that the water pressure in the shower was bad and didn’t expect it to be this bad! Also, it was either too hot or too cold. The pillows in the bedroom were not comfortable. Drinking water is not provided. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen but I noticed they weren’t properly cleaned and there’s nothing provided to wash them. Overall, I would not recommend this stay.

    Pros location is just beside SM aura, 711 is just below the nearby hotel. BGC high street is 3-4 blocks away. The room is very clean and cozy, bed very comfortable with 4 pillows and 2 extra ones. The apt is equipped with kitchen, microwave, big fridge, washing machine. Cons There is no sign for the wifi/password in the room, you have to go down the reception and ask them, and they too then will ask the owner for the wifi access and relay it to you. No bath soap/shampoo/conditioner provided, just 2 toiletry kits with a small soap. good thing there is 711 downstairs. The water pressure from the shower is low, and no heater as well, not enjoyable.

    Terrible, I did not know my booking is thru Air BN B, had to wait 40 minutes before gg to room, shower no pressure and tap in bathroom faulty. I demand a compensation
