I will recommend this place, this very good specially for family and recreational bondings. We are customer/guest at ace since I was college and yes the facilities looks better before when it was new but the service and experience are still worth the money. My parents and aunties love to be relaxed by their water spa. Also the waiters/ attendants are very timely with their service. I love ace! It’s been like 13 years of continues renewing for gold card because this is our go to place.

my 4 yo son loves Ace Water Spa, and will swim continuesly for hours on the lazy river. the spa is great too.. we loved the junior suite room so much that we stayed for another night.

This was our 3rd time staying at Ace Hotel, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. We found around 8–12 cockroaches inside our room, which was extremely unpleasant and honestly made us feel uncomfortable and grossed out during our stay. Seeing that many cockroaches in a hotel room is not something we expected, especially after having stayed here twice before without this kind of issue. We chose to come back because of our previous experiences, but this time the cleanliness and pest-control situation really affected our stay. I hope the hotel management takes this seriously and improves the room inspection, cleanliness, and pest-control measures. We would like to be able to stay here again in the future, but this issue needs to be addressed. Overall: Very disappointing experience this time.
