    The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very large, which is a big plus. However, there is no lift, so climbing up to the third floor can be a bit inconvenient. The location is decent as it is not too far from Bhimtal. The staff is good, quite cooperative, and their nature is very pleasant. They are always ready to arrange whatever you need, which is definitely appreciated. That said, the food quality is not up to the mark. The prices are quite high—comparable to a three-star hotel—but the quality doesn’t match the cost. This is one area where improvement is definitely needed. There are a few other improvements that could make the stay better: there should be a dustbin in the room, and basic amenities like tea bags and small sugar sachets should be provided so guests can make tea or coffee whenever they want. Also, the fan does not have a regulator, so it runs at full speed all the time, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, considering the price, it’s an average stay.

    Nice place. Location is good. Hotel staff and owner behaviour is polite and clam. Surrounding with hills and large green area and garden for sitting. We enjoy the location and view.
