Air conditioning and flat location is the best!
Wifi is terrible! There i no additional keys from gate, this is big problem if you want to split to two groups with different plans for the day. Ready to clean up pots and dishes yourself there is no dishwasher. The terrace is stuffy and not ventilated.

Appartamento, un po’ buio, con alcuni mobili un po’ raffazzonati. Buona la posizione, male le scale.
La biancheria. Il fornello il frigo buono il Parcheggio
Il riscaldamento non era sufficientemente caldo nel senso che l’acqua dei termosifoni era sempre tiepida anche con le valvole messe al massimo. C’era un rumore strano che proveniva dallo studio dove c’era la Caldaia e dove non c’era accesso, malgrado che nella proposta era prevista questa stanza che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare. Mancano completamente delle poltroncine e un divano di comfort perché c’erano solo le sedie dure della cucina per potersi sedere. Inoltre, c’era a momenti odore di fogna che proveniva dal lavandino sia del bagno che della cucina. Non era segnalato il problema che c’erano molte scale per me che sono una persona anziana. Mancava la luce nel corridoio di sera.

Für uns war es eine Klasse Unterkunft.Gerne wieder.
Die Lage ist top! Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, der mit einem hohen Zaun umgeben ist. Direkt vor dem Gebäude ist eine Bushaltestelle, sodass man nicht unbedingt das Auto benutzen muss (leider hatte bei uns die Bus-App nicht funktioniert). Der Strand ist auch gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Für mich persönlich eine klasse Lage.
Man hat nur einen Schlüssel für den Gartenzaun + Wohnung. Wenn (wie bei uns) die Kinder getrennt von uns wohin möchten, muss man sich schon absprechen, wer den Schlüssel nimmt, damit der andere Teil nicht vor der Tür bzw dem Gartenzaun steht und nicht rein kommt.
