Praktische, großzügige Wohnung mit Strandzugang (unbewacht).
Die Lage ist wunderbar, Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, 2 Bäder. Gute Ausstattung..
Die Matrazen sind durchgelegen, könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten alles prima, gerne wieder, denn die Möglichkeit, schnell nochmal ins Meer zu gehen, macht vieles wett.

Bellissima casa
Casa grande, pulita e con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno.
La spiaggia di fronte alla casa è quasi impraticabile con 2 bimbe piccole, bisogna camminare per 10 min verso Cogoleto per trovare il primo lido.

Prenotato lo scorso autunno e pagato in anticipo (su booking) per un fine settimana, arrivati sul posto dopo che li ho chiamati io ci hanno detto che l'appartamento era già occupato da altri che avevano prenotato per tutta la settimana e che l'host non solo non ci stava aspettando (ma ha ammesso vedeva anche la nostra prenotazione sul suo booking) ma non aveva altri appartamenti disponibili. Di fatto ci siamo arrangiati da soli per trovare un'altra soluzione alle 20 di sera. Poca serietà, perchè se lo volevi affittare ad un altro che facesse l'intera settimana bastava avvertire e annullare per tempo, dandoci modo di trovare con anticipo un'altra soluzione.

casa confortevole ed attrezzata ma in posizione parecchio isolata almeno a fine giugno
Casa ottima e dotata di tutto, davvero confortevole. Ottimo il parcheggio disponibile e la balconata molto ampia attrezzata anche per mangiare e rilassarsi.
La posizione, è vero che il mare è a pochi metri ma intorno non c'è niente e pure per prendere un gelato ai bambini bisogna fare un po di km a piedi o prendere la macchina, idem per fare la spesa o uscire la sera. E ci siamo stati a fine giugno.

L’appartamento si trova nella pineta di Arenzano zona sorvegliata e molto tranquilla nelle immediate vicinanze della spiaggia

Ruhig, Meeresrauschen und viel Grün.
Die Lage ist ruhig, mit Meerblick und erholsam. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist diese Wohnung geeignet. Zwei Dörfer liegen in ca. 25 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, damit man sich gut selber versorgen kann.
Es war kalt zu dieser Jahreszeit, die Heizung durfte nicht angestellt werden, da es angeblich rechtlich bis zum 15. Oktober nicht erlaubt ist. Es waren wenige Decken vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt eingezäunt in einem Viertel, das Tag und Nacht überwacht wird. Man braucht einiges Schlüssel und eine Schranke muss passiert werden, damit man in die Wohnung kommt. Hat man dies mal verstanden, klappt es jedoch gut.
