Very spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom with two sinks and good counter space and a large shower with rainfall shower head. Kitchen, dining table, and living area also very comfortable. Our host Francesco was very responsive and attentive. Very quiet - we slept very well. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Centrally located - living with the people and businesses of Catania.
Be advised there are several steps outside to get to the unit and about 5 steps inside the unit to go to the bathroom. Location is in central Catania on a busy street - not in a tourist area.

The location is great, really close to the city centre. The apartment has everything you might need. Basics like hair dryer or even olive oil and salt are at disposal.
It is relatively calm, however there is a restaurant to be opened in the courtyard so that might change.

Nice, clean apartman with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped with washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, cupboards, wifi, giant screen television etc. The owner was available on WhatsApp, kind and helpful. The apartman is ~15 minute to the bus station and the train station, 5 minute to the Corso Italia.
In February we had to heat with the air conditioner, but there was only 1 for the living room available. The bedroom was much cooler than the living room.
