The chance to be in a real hipster part of town nestled on a hill as the Northern Asheville folks live. The space you have for yourself was a real treat, including upper deck, shaded parking, entry hall, etc. The A/C system and fans were top too. The light is amazing and you've got windows all around all rooms with a view! If you are a quiet, respectful couple, and outdoorsy, you'll enjoy this airbnb.
The fact that the wooden floor cracks a little as you walk and that the owner(s) live right below makes me self-conscious, in the evening, personally. You'd have to keep it down after 10 pm if you're in the main room.
