ROSSI HOUSE - Family-friendly, newly renovated ground-floor apartment close to the Sea 100 m, near central ANZIO and the Train Station

We loved staying at Rossi House! On arrival, you're welcomed by a cosy covered foyer, with a tall table and chairs to have aperitivo at. The self check-in was smooth, and the flat is one of the nicest I've stayed as a Bnb - everything is well thought-out and conveniently placed. The coffee machine with pods revived us, and the short stroll to the beachfront was rewarded with a wonderful view and its lovely sea breeze. Walking to the town center would have been 10 short minutes were it not for my foot injury - despite that, we managed to reach the cafes and bars very quickly, via a relaxing walk along the beach promenade's palm trees. The choice of both refined and street food & drinks around the Anzio town centre was a little narrow due to the season but excellent nonetheless. When we needed, we swiftly found a pharmacy, a café, and miscellaneous/utility stores around Rossi House. Michele, the host, was really friendly and helpful. Honestly an outstanding spot for a beach holiday, at a competitive price. 10/10 highly recommended!

Nothing about the place, we had a couple unrelated incidents but Rossi House was very injury-friendly - there is only one small step to get into the flat, and I could easily reach all the relevant spots in just a couple steps.

Cracking apartment with loads of facilities that make a longer stay better. Some very nice touchs like beer and water in the fridge and washing tabs for the washing machine. Great comms from the host. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The nearest decent shop is about 15mins away, so remember to stock up with provisions.

We loved the rooftop terrace and the apartment was very comfortable. More importantly the host was great! The WiFi stopped working and he got us a temporary WiFi to fix it quickly. We needed to extend our stay and he was able to easily accommodate.

Minden nap tartottuk a kapcsolatot a szállásadóval és mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. Kényelmesen elfértünk öten és ár értek arányban pedig tökéletes volt.

Egy-két bútor nem volt a legjobb állapotban ezért nem tudtuk használni.
