Wonderful apartments with a great view of the fishing port. Unique view from the balcony both during the day and in the evening. Restaurants, cafes, and the center are nearby, but it was quiet to sleep. The apartments are very comfortably furnished, very clean, excellent bedding and towels. Silvia, who greeted us, was very nice. Convenient key-leaving system in a code box.

Unfortunately, our experience was severely spoiled by the communication with the administrator Simone. We only received the necessary registration instructions on the day of arrival, when we were already on the road. The messages used yellow warning exclamation points and stated that we would not receive check-in instructions until we filled out the registration forms. As a result, we were forced to stop during our journey, take photos of our documents and fill in all the required information. On a hot summer day, this significantly extended our journey and caused unnecessary stress. Such communication was more reminiscent of strict instructions than a hospitable welcome. Even more surprising was that, although we had filled out all the forms, we later received repeated urgent messages with "SOS SOS" and calls to check in immediately. When we were informed that everything was already done, we only received a short answer "OK", without any apology for the error. It was also unpleasantly surprising that in the rather expensive apartments, all the dishes - plates, cups, glasses - were made of plastic. It was unpleasant to eat and drink from them. We also asked for information about where to park a car nearby, but this question was not answered at all. It is a great shame, because the apartments themselves really deserve a high rating. However, polite, respectful and helpful communication is an equally important part of the accommodation experience. We hope that in the future, the administrator's communication with guests will become more professional and friendly.

Bellissimo arredamento e rifiniture degli interni. Posizione centrale e di fronte al porto. Cialde per caffè, zucchero, olio, sale a disposizione.

Terzo piano senza ascensore. Tende nn utilizzabili: si sta seduti sul wc salutando la vicina sul balcone. I pavimenti non erano puliti. La culla non ci stava in camera. La panchina sul balcone è pericolosissima per un bambino. Cuscini davvero troppo spessi.
