Mount View Estate The Oak Studio No 9

Location is perfect. The property was very modern and was spotless!!!

It is impossible to shower without the water flowing onto the floor. The design is not practical.

Property is new, modern and well situated in the Hunter. The cellar is a 10/10.

Being a new property, it appears it has teething issues and the staff that manage the accommodation appear to not come from or are trained in this type of hospitality. I received no check in or checkout msg or email as indicated I was meant to get. The bed is hard as a rock, the cupboards are stocked with cups and cutlery etc but there was no dish soap, tea towel or sponge to wash and reuse if required, there is no iron, the staff provided 2 bath towels only which I had to use both after the shower to dry the floor as water falls away from the drain and the whole thing was wet! the tv is in a very odd spot above the door, the high window above the desk needs a shutter or blind as the light beams in at night with external lighting and first thing in the morning.

The bed was very low and difficult for an older person It has a ledge around the bottom that I cracked my shins on twice Shower over a huge egg bath was also very difficult and dangerous for an older person to get in and out of
