took my money, and told me to leave. Still no refund
bad experience
Arrived at the property @22:00 after paying upfront online and was told they dont have space we should cancel the booking. Even though it still showed more rooms available online. The staff wasn't rude but not friendly either and not helpful at all. they didnt even allow us to look for an alternative place to stay at the propertys entrance area and just told us to leave and request a refund from booking.com. Its been a month and still no refund also no replies to any communications from property!

Everything. The bedrooms have a foul smell. They accepted i cannot stay here and the will refund me. 1 month later still nothing.
