Petit appartement cosy avec une jolie chambre et bonne literie Grande terrasse très bien fermée à la discrétion des voisins avec un grand store pour l'ombrage Stationnement facile devant l'immeuble Équipements suffisants Très calme, aucun bruit 2 ventilateurs bienvenus avec la chaleur Prix vraiment raisonnable
Problème avec les portes : l'entrée de l'immeuble très difficile à ouvrir, il faut y aller avec l'épaule 😅 et portes de l’appartement qui seraient peut-être à raboter car raclent le sol.

La proximité du centre ville à pied, un super marché à 50 m, une terrasse agréable.
1 seul ventilateur en pleine canicule, c’était dur la nuit pour ceux qui dormaient dans le canapé.
