Modern Comfort & Sea View - Aphrodite Gardens Pissouri

Das Appartment liegt in einem größeren Block mir lauter Appartments/Wohnungen. Dazu gehört auch ein großer Pool. Das Appartment ist relativ groß und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage nach Pissouri / Ort ist gut, man ist in 10min zu Fuß bei den Restaurants. Parken am Haus ist kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach und effektiv via WhatsApp. Pissouri: Kurze Wege zu den Attraktionen in Kourion und rund um Paphos. Der Ort Pissouri selbst ist hübsch, er hat einen eigenen Charme und ist weniger "touristisch" als die großen Orte wie Paphos etc. In den Restaurants haben wir stets gut gegessen, besonders hervorzuheben ist das "Hideaway"-Restaurant, wo man uns nach unserer späten Ankunft vom Flughafen freundlicherweise noch etwas Gutes gekocht hat, obwohl die Küche eigentlich schon geschlossen war.

Dadurch, dass das Appartment in einem größeren Block liegt, wirkt es etwas unpersönlich. Und: Die Dusche ist ein echtes Abenteuer / Problem, man erreicht sie nur, indem man über den Badewannenrand klettert, das ist gar nicht so ungefährlich wie man im ersten Moment denkt (kein Griff zum Festhalten vorhanden).

Nice sized apartment with good beds and twin doubles in one bedroom. Host left us with snacks and beer, frosted tankards, and cold water. All ac units and lights worked perfectly which is not always the case in Cyprus. Parking outside was very helpful with a numbered space.

Location was OK but you need to drive to go to both the village centre and the bay part of Pissouri. Access road is a rough track before reaching development which then switches to tarmac around the blocks. Everyone else liked the beds although I found ours too firm.

Apartment was as nice as in the pictures, awesome views towards the sea, beautiful sunrises, comfortable, great communication with host she also left us some nice treats to find upon our arrival and allowed us to have a late check in ...
