    This is 1st time when I tried Villa over resort. Review will be help for the 1st timer. 1. Felt like 2nd Home (Owner took personal care, warm and attentive for all your needs) 2. Home cooked, feash food. Delicious all 4 times (Specifically Aloo and Onion Pathas were ultimate, scope for improvement in Dal Bati) 3. Hygiene and Cleaniness was perfect. Bedsheets were all good. Bed was too soft for us (As we use Orthopedic mattress) 4.Ultimate Location ( if your preference is peace and calmness. Wild animals visits around property) so need some precautions at night. Daytime no issue. Avoid If you like crowd and close to market) 5. No activity for Kids. 6. Variety of Plants. Good for Plant lover. 7. Overall excellence experience, as we had memorable time with family.

    Stayed here for 2 nights and Naresh ji's hospitality was just unmatched. Everything was so immaculate, from check-in to check-out, made us felt like we are at our home. The homestay is in a quiet location with ample of foliage in surroundings that makes it so serene, and the room was so impeccably clean with top notch amenities provided by host. I highly recommend it for couples.

    Stay Duration: Recent stay with family Location Insight: The property is divided between two brothers — the ground floor is Gulmarg Residency, and the first floor is Palm Residency. Accommodation Options at Gulmarg Residency (Ground Floor): Couple Room (₹1800–₹2000) Family Suite Room (₹3500–₹4000) Bookings are primarily accepted online. --- Pros: Peaceful Ambience: The property offers a calm and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness: Hygiene and maintenance are well taken care of. Home-cooked Food: Vegetarian meals are prepared in-house. The food is tasty and feels like homemade. --- Cons: Limited Rooms: The property has only three rooms (1 Couple Room and 2 Suite Rooms), which may not suit larger groups seeking multiple room options. Single Staff Member: All responsibilities — bookings, check-ins, scooter rentals, and minor repairs — are managed by one person, which can be limiting during busy periods. Strict Night Policy: Guests are not allowed to stay out late as the gate is locked at night.
