    I will write down good and bad points. Good: 1. Large green area with multiple sitting space and jhulas. 2. Very less mosquitos. 3. Staff was corporative overall. Once they objected for breakfast sitting place but later agreed to have it anywhere in the garden. 4. Kitchen is well maintained and food is delicious. Bad: 1. I was promised 190 m2 room size but actual room size was 23m2. I informed reception on 2nd day so they shifted to their largest room which was 30m2. I paid around 5k/day and felt room rate was high after getting small room size. 2. Breakfast was included but with limited options (Aloo Parathas, Curd, Bread-butter, Poha/Upma, Tea/coffee). 3. There was noise disturbance due to little construction which was not informed at the time of booking. 4. Staff quarters are constructed at backside of Deluxe room so you cannot keep windows open. 5. You need to open garden facing glass windows for room ventilation. There is no cross room air flow.

    Nice stay. Staff is very good and very cooperative. Food was amazing at the restaurant. Only thing is that the rooms are so close that we could hear from other rooms.

    I have visited more than 15 properties in the same location but the experience I had with this property was more than horrible. Nothing matches with the images shown here. The property is not at all functioning properly. TV is not working at all, half of the time AC was not working, Flush was not working in the washroom. I mean I can go on and on but all in all it was worst decision I took to choose this property from Agoda.
