Staff is not co-operate, Service is not good and food is bad not maintained hygiene

My stay at Bungalow Seven Hotel, Sunset Point Road, Mount Abu was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked this property through Agoda expecting a peaceful family stay, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. The biggest issue was guest safety and the hotel's complete lack of management. At around 11:00 PM, a group of guests gathered in the hotel corridor/passage and started drinking alcohol openly. They were shouting, laughing loudly, and creating excessive noise for more than 30 minutes. My 1-year-old daughter woke up from her sleep because of the disturbance, and my family could not rest. The situation became even more alarming when the intoxicated guests broke glass drinking glasses during the party. Despite all this happening in the common area, the hotel staff and reception did absolutely nothing. They neither stopped the guests nor attempted to control the situation. This raises serious concerns about guest safety. If those intoxicated people had become aggressive or created any other incident, who would have been responsible? Apart from the safety concerns, the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The room had insects. The bathroom walls were covered with spider webs, making it look more like an abandoned public washroom than a hotel. The bathroom had a strong foul smell. The bathroom floor remained wet throughout the stay because the exhaust fan was either not working or was installed only for appearance. There was no proper ventilation. Overall hygiene and maintenance were far below even basic hospitality standards. It was clear that the hotel management has little concern for guest comfort, cleanliness, or safety. I immediately reported the incident to Agoda Customer Support and submitted photographs of the broken glass and beer bottles as evidence. I sincerely hope Agoda takes this matter seriously because this property does not provide the level of service or safety that travelers expect. I cannot recommend this hotel to families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful stay. I will never choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you are travelling with family, young children, or senior citizens, please avoid this property. The hotel fails to provide even the basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, guest safety, and customer service. There are far better options available in Mount Abu for the same price.
