Treetops on Seabreeze

The house was full class, as if an interior designer had worked on it. There is a great balcony to have a drink or meal on.

Several windows and doors had no blinds, so we didn't get the privacy we like. It was a bit complicated to get the sound to work on the TV. After a while it just started by itself.

Great location for our sporting and holiday activities. Quite street. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

Such a minor issue, but the AC didn't really reach the 2 bedrooms. But all rooms and the deck had ceiling fans, which worked well.

Located in a quiet culdesac, the property was modern, clean and welcoming. We were visiting friends in Bellingen and so the property was well located for us. The owner put a lot of thought into to providing everything someone would need or want when on holiday. The deck was the perfect spot to have a relaxing breakfast whilst taking in the sunshine to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The property was excellent in many ways so hard to fault. I wouldn’t live here as you can hear traffic noise from the highway despite being quite a distance away, but when on holiday and not ‘home’ often, the noise was not an issue. Access from the inside of the house to the backyard is via steps off the deck. There is a gate to prevent dogs using the steps without permission. The steps are fine for anyone without medical/mobility issues, but not great for elderly, those with mobility problems or elderly dogs.
