Great size, location and view

We loved this holiday home. It was so clean, comfortable and extremely well presented. The view over Coffs Harbour is magnificent.

The property is lovely, stunning views in a beautiful location close to the beaches and jetty. Well set out and has most of what we needed. It was clean and beds were comfy, plenty of stuff for cooking, lots of towels etc. the aircon is excellent with seperate zones for living and bedrooms. Nice comfy lounge, good dining table and chairs, rooms are spacious. Outside area is really nice.

We had quite a few issues with things not working while we were there, with varied responsiveness from the property managers. The tv didn’t work when we arrived and they were good and sent a maintenance guy and ended up providing a new TV the following afternoon so that was well handled. We then had ongoing issues with the internet not working. This was difficult for us as we were stuck at the property with a sick child and no ability to stream any shows or access the internet to keep our business running (something we need to do even when on holidays!). This went on for a few days and while they did end up getting it resolved we had to keep calling to get updates. The front electric gate didn’t work and wasn’t able to be closed, this never got resolved even though the maintenance guy said he would come back and look at it. Again mainly an issue as we couldn’t let our 4 year old be outside by herself as the gate couldn’t be shut. The property is lovely and we do understand that things break etc, but we did seem to have a lot of time spent on the phone to the management company trying to resolve issues which is not want you want to be doing on holidays. Maybe we just got unlucky! A few minor things, the open showers make the bathroom floors very wet! Couldn’t find any pegs for the clothes line so bought some (and left them for the next guests!). A blind on the kitchen window would be a great addition as the sun comes directly in at breakfast time making it hard to cook breaky. We felt that asking guests to vacuum the property before leaving was a little much given how much we paid for the week but we did it as requested!
