The property had 3 rooms available if there were multiple people staying or children. It was only myself and one other so the extra space wasn't necessary but still nice. Bright with natural light and a portable air conditioner for comfort in the master bedroom made for a nice sleep. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The host was next door and extremely polite and considerate upon check in. Very responsive to questions and I appreciated their efforts.

Some minor improvement opportunities existed. Some of the cutlery within the drawers was visibly dirty and not simply water stains, more attention on the checkout cleaning could be taken. The TV was difficult to operate with only a single station (Prime) and the previous guest had set the TV to French only which took a while to figure out and change back. The host could check the TV and ensure that it is working prior to check in. I have stayed at a lot of properties offered like this wither through Booking.com or other self owned renting agencies and this host could improve the experience by making some simply items such as coffee and shampoo available as I have had these at other properties I have stayed at.
