About this house rental

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space. This home is located in community of seton close to highway 2, 22x and south health campus. Ample of shopping, restaurants and cineplex within 2 mins drive.

Max 2 pets each must be under 30lbs weight limit. If pets don’t fit this criteria please request for exception prior to booking which may be granted by the host.

House sleep 8 comfortably and can accommodate 9 if requested at time of booking.

Bedroom 1 : Sleeps 2 each (Queen Bed)

Bedroom 3 : Sleeps 2 each (Queen Bed)

Bedroom 4: Sleep 2 (2 Single Beds)

Highspeed internet with Netflix access in each room. Main living and upper family also have access to Cable TV.

This house has two separate legal units with both of them having their own separate ventilation and thermostats.

You will have access to upper main unit. Basement unit is occupied by other guests or your host.

You are allowed to park 3 cars one inside garage and 2 on driveway.

Backyard fencing not complete

This is a new construction area and there may be construction noise during your stay.

There are security cameras installed in the exterior of the building for your security and they are not monitored unless its an emergency. Please be assure there is absolutely no security cameras or any other recording devices inside the unit.

The property was really nice and exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and kitchen stocked with what we needed. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and providing details exactly when they said they would. I would for sure stay here again.
