The view from this small unit was just beautiful overlooking Frankton down to Queenstown. The owner had left great staples (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cleaning products) for our use. Washing machine, dryer, hairdryer. All kitchen crockery provided. Close walk to Frankton Arms for good pub meal. Great walking tracks, shopping all close by.
No hot water at night. Little in the morning. For 3 people we took turns showering one per day just to get showered.
The second bedroom had one comfy bed and one very uncomfortable - bumpy mattress.
Unit was very small would be ideal only for one couple - very tight with three people. Due to bulky furniture.
Bathroom had poor ventilation and the door did not close properly - certainly no privacy.
Property looks more tired than the photo's portrayed.
No privacy due to school next door as the school looks directly into your bedroom window.
