I love the location and felt we were close to many other beaches including directly across the street from a great one..also not far from many other points of interests such as Wailea Shops, Kihei Food Oasis , and markets. We don’t really have any complaints. The kitchen is well equipped, there were beach items such as chairs, umbrella and even a child booster to use..
Kitchen is somewhat outdated but that’s minimal and everything works fine! TVs are outdated and the one in main bedroom has a white line running through the the top but I was still able to watch shows at night and mainly wasn’t inside during a good portion of the day and evening times.
I would rather have cozy/quaint and somewhat outdated vs super expensive and modern any day!!!

We loved the location, building was clean and easy to navigate. We honestly didn’t use the pool or anything since the beach is close.
The only real improvement we would recommend is a new king mattress. I slept ok since I was dead tired but my wife didn’t sleep well the days we were there.
