Maui Banyan #H-407 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor. It features an ocean view, air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, dual speaker Sonos system (will require download of Sonos app), and free wifi. There is a king bed and queen sofa bed. For outdoor activities, Maui Banyan #H-407 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Maui Banyan #H-407 has an assigned reserved parking stall for one car. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Banyan Resort is situated on 8 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach Park II. This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is a 5-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking. Parking stalls in this complex tend to be narrow and are best suited for compact vehicles.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to check in and our entire stay felt comfortable and easy. The condo was clean and quiet and we got great sleep each night on the comfy king bed. The other guests and staff were all friendly. The quality of everything inside of the condo was great! We loved that there were beach items ready for us to borrow - Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. It was awesome to have two bathrooms, one even had a bidet. The washer/dryer combo worked well. Thanks for a lovely stay and we would love to stay in this condo again when we next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Spent mornings watching the deer in the open area next door and listening to the birds. The unit was perfect for the two of us, especially with the beautiful beach just across the street.
