2BR Apartment, OGB, Central, Pool and Parking

Loved the facilities, being able to enjoy the gym, spa, sauna and ice bath. Loved the old character of the building. It was in close proximity to everything. Great place to be located to explore the beauty of Christchurch.

There was alot of dust and dirt on tables, window sills and TV area. Blonde hair on the dining table which shows these weren't cleaned or wiped down. Staircase walls were stained and dirty. Kitchen floor was not swepted or mopped. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Bathroom had hair on the shower head from previous users. The cutting knife was blunt. Even after trying to sharpen it, it still was blunt. The internet was so bad and slow here, even after I had reset etc so didn't bother to use the TV in the lounge. No point in having a TV in the room if it doesn't work. Even after trying to connect with my mobile data, it's still wouldn't work.

Roomy, well appointed apartment right off Cathedral Square.

Firstly we loved the location, it was right in the heart of the city and easy to walk to everything. We loved the underground carpark so we had somewhere safe to park our car while we enjoyed the city. The apartment had access to a gym, pool, and spa located in the building and while we didn't use them it was a great extra facility to offer. The apartment was spacious and offered all the comforts of home, we enjoyed it very much.

My husband found the bed too soft but I found it comfortable.

TV didn't work. Kept losing connection with router
