Luxe Central City 2 bedrooms plus Carpark

Centrally located, clean and quiet; really appreciated the coffee pods, tea bags and even milk in the fridge; washing machine and dryer. All mod cons. Staff very responsive when I had questions.

Difficult to drive in and out of the parking area.

Excellent location. Clean and new. Short walk to city and stadium. Parking available. Not many centrally located apartments had car parks.

Good location, comfortable unit and included carpark. Entry was via electronic lock and code was sent the day before we arrived. The u it is up 14 stairs to the lounge and kitchen and then another 14 stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom (with heated floor). Full kitchen and fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, jug and coffee pod machine. Laundry with new washing machine and seperate dryer. Large smart TV with apps installed. AC kept open plan lounge/kitchen warm and wall heater kept bedroom warm. Short walk to restaurants with supermarkets 5 minutes drive away.

Bathroom was upstairs from kitchen/lounge.

The bedrooms were incredibly hot so sleep was minimal. Aircon unit was on floor below and internal ducting system couldn't get the cool air upstairs, ended up with a fan going trying to blow cold air up. Upstairs needs an aircon unit.
