Location was excellent. We were on the beach! The clients were considerate and nice. The common areas were clean and well maintained. Help was available for check-in after hours. This was outstanding. Our room was nicely appointed and clean.
The property had some minor maintenance items that could have been taken care of. An example was a bucket under the kitchen sink catching a leak. Also, the bath door had been damaged in the past resulting in a loose top hinge. This could have been glue filled and reattached. The slider is aged and rattled when wind gusted as well as wasting energy.
