The private beach was amazing. The unit was clean and tidy. Just enough room for four people.

Would recommend providing a blanket for the futon. The hallway smelled of cat urine by the elevator.

It is perfectly located. Next to the beach on the restful end of Estero Island. The room is spectacular with a large balcony that includes a nice view of the Gulf . The kitchen is well equipped and has a large island for food prep The bedroom has a king size.bed that is comfy but still fits easily into a huge room. The living area was comfortable with a nice sofa and armchair. There is plenty of closet space too in the huge bathroom.

The room was flawless.

That it was close to the beach and fairly clean.

I felt for a condo it lacked many amenities that should be a given. We lacked storage containers for leftovers. The one pan we had burnt awful and was hard to clean. Three other complaint was the one operating elevator. Had we not been on the 12 floor we would’ve stayed off of it. It was a very scary bumpy ride every time. We got stuck in it on multiple occasions. Had to force the doors open on others, and the certificate expired in 2022. I felt was a lawsuit waiting to happen. I was just thankful we survived every trip up and down
