We were very impressed with the facilities overall. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets/bedding were top notch. The kitchenette was very convenient, it even had a garbage disposal, which it was unexpected. We enjoyed the big size refrigerator as we cook our own meals for our dog and ourselves, so we had plenty of space to store our groceries. The room and the rest of the facilities were very clean. There was fresh regular coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have to say to the pet owners, please clean after your dogs, because of those who don't, make a bad name for the rest of us that do clean after our dogs. Be considerate. The hotel provides a waste station with plenty of bags for the guest's use. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, with or without pets.
The only complaint I have is that when they make regular coffee in the lobby, they also should make decaf. Every time I went to the lobby to get the coffee, they never had decaf, when I inquired about it, they were very pleasant and made a fresh pot, but only when I asked. I guess they don't make it unless you ask. Overall, I was very pleased. We will come back if we are ever in Augusta or Evans again.
