Estudio Pasaje Valvanera

Appartement très bien situé, au cœur d’un calme et animé à la fois. Bars, commerces et restaurants à proximité. L’hôte était très disponible et attentionné. Logement idéal pour deux personnes.

J’ai trouvé le logement un peu humide la nuit , mais avec la climatisation ça peut aller.

Boa localização, mesmo no centro histórico de Sevilha. Tem todas as comodidades de uma casa. Apesar de ser um estúdio, tem áreas de refeição, estar e dormir bem separadas. A pessoa com quem falei foi sempre prestável e atenciosa. Bons utensílios de cozinha, WC e limpeza. Tem elevador para um melhor acesso ao estúdio. Zona calma. Não se ouvia barulho nem no interior do prédio, como no exterior.

No quarto não havia mesas de cabeceira. Na cozinha faltava chávenas para tomar pequeno almoço e o café expresso. Algum pó acumulado apesar de a casa cheirar a limpo. Deviam estar em remodelação pois deixaram um escadote e baldes de tinta no estúdio. Os banhos entre uma pessoa e outra tinham uma espera de cerca de 1h para ter água quente. É muito difícil estacionar perto.

The studio has a great location! You can walk everywhere and there are plenty of restaurants / bars and other amenities on your doorstep. I appreciated being a bit further away from the main tourist spots, but only a short 15-20min walk from the Setas and Old Town, and a 5min walk to Alameda Hercules. It's a top floor apartment, and it's very quiet as it's facing an internal courtyard. Although it's a studio the space feels well-divided and well-utilised. The host was also very responsive via WhatsApp, and provided some flexibility with the checkout time.

For the price, I felt like some amenities were missing. There was an ironing board, but no iron. There is a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes (there are some lines that hang outside, but only two pegs to secure your clothes to the line). The shower cubicle is quite small and cramped. There were empty toiletries from the previous guest in the bathroom, which the host apologised for. The pillows were not the most comfortable. But the main issue I had with the studio (and the reason why I've brought my rating down) is because there was a horrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. I flagged this to the host and she said sometimes this happens in older buildings and suggested I open the windows, but even with the windows open it was a strong smell. It was very unpleasant, I tried to keep the bathroom door closed at all times so the smell wouldn't make the whole place stink. If the issue with the bathroom is fixed then I would be happy to return, and would rate the property an 8/10.
