Nieuczciwe praktyki z potrąceniem kaucji

Pierwszy raz zmuszona jestem wystawić negatyw i ostrzec wszystkich korzystających przed nieuczciwymi praktykami. Zostałam poinformowana, że wynajmujący obciąży mnie kosztami za zniszczoną poszwę (plama, najprawdopodobniej z atramentu, która ponoć zostala odkryta po naszym pobycie). Najpierw była to kwota 83,10 po żądanie przedstawienia dowodów kwota została obniżona do 67,75 i zostało dołączone zdjęcie, która ponoć zostało wykonane już po próbie wyczyszczenia poszwy. Problem, że ta poszwa była już taka ubrana na pościel w dniu przyjazdu. Były to plamy, po których było widać, że już byly prawne a zatem nie były świeże. Ponadto w dniu przyjazdu okazało się, że drzwi od łazienki nie zamykają się. Ten fakt (w przeciwieństwie do zabrudzeń poscieli) zostal zgłoszony ale nie zostało to naprawione w czasie pobytu. Zdaniem personelu niedomykające się drzwi od łazienki nie sa wadą uniemożliwiająca korzystanie , apartamentu więc nie należy się za to obniżenie wartości najmu (wbrew zapisom art. 664 par. 1 KC). Niestety mam wrażenie, że gdyby ta usterka nie została zgłoszona w dniu przyjazdu to i za nią zostali byśmy obciążeni. Ostrzegam zatem aby obejrzeli Państwo dokładnie apartament w dniu przyjazdu, zrobili dokumentację fotograficzna i dokonali wszystkich zgłoszeń, choćby najmniejszej rysy, bo inaczej zostaniecie obciążenie kosztami a rekompensaty za niedogodności i usterki apartemwtu nie można oczekiwać bo w ocenie ośrodka mogą one pozostać bez naczenia dla możliwości korzystania z apartamentu. Ja osobiście nie zamierzam pozostać bierna w tej sytuacji i jeśli nie dojdzie do polubownego załatwienia sprawy wystąpię z pozwem do sądu. A jeśli ktoś z Państwa miał podobne przykre doświadczenia z tym wynajmujący to proszę o kontakt, mona mnie odszukać na FB- Gosia Zaremba

Niemiec jest lepszy.
Nie podobało mi się podejście gospodarzy do gości mówiących w ojczystym języku polskim. Bo co można powiedzieć o traktowaniu nas, gdy gry planszowe i książki, znajdujące się w apartamencie były wszystkie w języku niemieckim. Ja rozumiem prawa rynku, ale przykro się może każdemu zrobić, że Niemiec jest lepiej traktowany niż Polak we własnym kraju. Bardzo nieładnie.

Rewelacyjny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji.
Jesteśmy niezwykle zadowoleni z pobytu w apartamencie Sand Dunes. Nowy, przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne a nawet więcej. Dwie sypialnie, duży salon z wygodnym aneksem kuchennym i przestronna łazienka. Do tego taras i ogródek. Wisienką na torcie jest możliwość korzystania z sauny, groty solnej i siłowni. A jak ktoś ma dzieci to z sali zabaw. Położenie zaledwie kilkadziesiąt metrów od morza oraz bezpośrednio przy głównych ulicach z restauracjami, smażalniami ryb, kawiarniami i sklepami dopełnia pozytywny wizerunek. Bardzo dobra obsługa zarządcy obiektu.
Wszystko było idealne.
