Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, wszelkie udogodnienia w lokalu. Dość blisko do plaży.
Godzina zameldowania w lokalu powinna być wcześniej a godzina wymeldowania później.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo duży balkon, wystarczający basen, brodzik i sauna. Względna cisza.
Roleta zewnętrzna w sypialni opuszczona - zepsuta- bez możliwości podniesienia. Przez to w sypialni było cały czas ciemno (roleta w kolorze antracyt). Strasznie brudny balkon- mnóstwo pajęczyn, piachu, ptasie odchody na barierkach. Na balkonie stoi zniszczona ławka- ma powyrywane sznurki - wygląda to źle. Lampka nocna w sypialni nie działa. Wyłamana pokrywka od czajnika elektrycznego. Szyna na firany i zasłony w salonie tragicznej jakości - firmy i zasłony z nich spadały. Sofa w salonie ładna ale zupełnie nie nadająca się do spania. Brak informacji we wskazówkach dot. zameldowanie jak otworzyć szlaban.... trzeba auto zostawić przed szlabanem, isć po klucze do sejfu przy drzwiach apartamentu i otworzyć sobie szlaban pilotem.
