This brand new suite is located in the Fort Garry area of Winnipeg. It’s modern and spacious and features three bedrooms with queen beds and 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen features modern appliances and a wide range of utensils. You will be close to everything you may need when you stay at this suite. The area is very close to Pembina Hwy, MITT, University of Manitoba and many stores and restaurants. You’ll enjoy your privacy in this space whether you are visiting for business or pleasure.

Really enjoyed this place because of location and cleanliness. Also the host responded very quickly to any questions I had. Definitely worth staying!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable. The amenities were nice and the space worked well for our needs.
My only complaint was the kitchen supplies. One example is When we checked in, there was only a small amount of paper towel left. We ran out the first night and there were no extra rolls provided. I ended up having to use napkins from my vehicle as paper towels, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, it was a great stay and some small additions in the kitchen would make it even better for future guests.

We would give this VRBO home 6 stars if we could! It met and exceeded our expectations, and we were so pleased with everything. Communication was great, and we felt safe in a convenient area of the city. We would definitely come back if visiting the city again in the future!

The home is well done and amenities are good.Please add a can opener to your kitchen appliances.All the main door lock code did not seem to be working well. A few times the door could not open despite using the right code and the lock code wasn't locking the door.One main feedback from us: Host reached out to me via vrbo inbox asking me to interac a damage deposit fee of 250. I told her vrbo indicated all payments go via website. We had a back and forth which ended up with her admitting her fault. I felt like a scam and I hope other guests have not experienced the same.
