Close to all the amenities and quite safe neighbourhood. Fenced yard and double garage. The house if equipped with all the necessities. There are 2 kids bed, the kids would love their room. Very clean and cozy.

Place was clean enough, good kitchen. Lacked comfortable furniture and some was in poor shape. There was a musty smell throughout and sidewalks/steps were not shovelled
