Accommodations
We provide a laundry area, clothesline, water jugs, and cleaning supplies. We have a fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find all the essential cooking utensils, including a variety of pans, pots, and high-quality tableware; there’s also a spacious and stylish refrigerator for storing your food. The table is made of tempered glass and comes with 6 high-quality chocolate-brown wooden chairs. The living room features authentic chocolate-brown leather upholstery, which should be protected from scratches. We have two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom; the bed is a queen-size model made of high-quality wood and leather—please take care to avoid scratches, as repairs would be costly due to the imported nature of the furniture—and the mattress is made of Memory Foam. The crib is made of high-quality wood, and the mattress is made of Memory Foam for the best care of your baby or child. If you need to switch to a double bed, that can be arranged, and there is also a TV in the living room.
Important: Mexico City and the Coyoacán area are occasionally experiencing water outages, so schedules have been established to conserve water. Recently, maintenance was also performed on the hydropneumatic pumps used to supply water to the apartments; I’m mentioning this to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings.
Guest Access
Since this is a neighborhood, you’ll find plenty of street vendors and activity in the surrounding area. Also, the streets are usually narrow two-way roads if you’re coming from the Tlalpan overpass; if you enter via Las Flores, some streets are wider with a lot of foot traffic. The area isn’t unsafe, but it is a working-class neighborhood, and that can scare or put off some people. The residential complex has all the amenities as specified, but I have no control over how people behave outside the complex. On the other hand, nearby you’ll find the Azteca Stadium, hospitals, restaurants, museums, shopping centers such as Perisur, Artz, Gran Sur, and Costco, as well as parks like Xotepingo, Santa Ursula, Bulevar de la Luz, Bosque de Tlalpan, Cuemanco, Xochimilco, downtown Coyoacán, and much more.
Other notable features
There is 24/7 security, 365 days a year. The property features 16 security cameras, a monitored intercom system, a trash container, and a proximity key. An electric gate is provided for added convenience.
