About this cabin rental
Welcome to this enchanting log cabin in Decatur. This country retreat boasts 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the additional loft space with 2 king beds for extra comfort.
The main level has a large family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. In addition it boasts a wood burning fireplace. The eat in kitchen has seating for 6 with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a large deck off the kitchen with additional outdoor seating for 6 as well as a Weber gas grill and flat top grill (propane is provided). The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace, private balcony and attached bath/shower.
Plenty of sleeping options can be found on this floor and offer a quiet retreat.

Loft- 2 king beds with breathtaking views of the lake
The lower level also has a large family room with a fireplace and walks out to large patio with patio table, picnic table, lounge chairs, fire pit and hammock. The open concept of the lower level allows you and your guests to not only enjoy the TV and fireplace but also play a round of pool or game of ping pong. There is a dry bar with a separate fridge. Additionally, there is a laundry/ storage room with a full size washer and dryer.
There is driveway parking for at least 6 vehicles. Please note that garage access is not available.
There is a convenience store about 2 miles away, the closest grocery store is about a 10 minute drive. Four Winds Casino is in Hartford about 10 minutes away. This area is known for local wineries as Paw Paw is a 20 minute drive as are several small wineries.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the log cabin on Keeler lake. The cabin is well stocked, clean, and exactly the feel you want from a lake house. Plenty of recreational activities to do and kids loved the beach. The dads were all super impressed with the stamped concrete patio and walkway. Comfortable and separate sleeping spaces for our 3 families. Highly recommend for a lakefront getaway!
