First Floor Bedroom is a King Size bed with an Ensuite Bathroom. This guest room also include a smart TV for guest to enjoy in their private room.
Garage is located on the first floor as well with space for 2 midsize vehicles. Outside the garage is a 2-car driveway as well as a trash bin for guest to dispose of anything needed.
The second floor of the home would be the main relaxing or lounge area of the townhome. We house a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and large island to do any preparation for cooking. Kitchen does come fully stocked with pots, pans utensils, as well as a Keurig Machine with pods included.
Located on the second floor is Bedroom #2 which includes 4 Twin Beds in a Bunk Style Configuration. Bedroom does have a ensuite bathroom with a tub.
The third floor of the home houses the 2 remaining bedrooms as well as a terrace/rooftop for guest to gather and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Bedroom #3 located on the 3rd floor has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Lastly Bedroom #4, the master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is a walk-in style shower with a double vanity. Master Bedroom also includes a smart TV for guest to enjoy their favorite shows and movies.
Guest Access:
Guest will have the ability to self-check in to the home with smart keypad access around the home. We have a Yale lock located on the garage door and the main front door. The garage also has an exterior keypad for the garage door to easily park cars inside. Code will be given to guest the day of check in!

The home has a 2-car garage as well as a 2-car driveway for guest to park their vehicles. There is also limited spaces for street parking guest can utilize. For those guest who fly into the BNA airport, we do offer rental car services. For traveling specifically within east Nashville and downtown we recommend using a transportation service or Uber to avoid parking nightmares.
Other Things to Note:
We do have side by side townhome options available for larger groups that need 20 plus people to sleep!

Very nice location. Could use a deep clean in bathrooms. For a place that sleeps 12 there is very limited seating. Especially since the temps were so low we were unable to use the deck. Living area only had seating for five plus counter stools. We would stay there again when we are in Nashville.

Stayed for a titans game. It was a good location with uber picking us up to go to the game and broadway a few nights. House was nice and suited our needs.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable sleeping. Interior was clean. Lots of stairs to climb for upper 3rd floor bedrooms (not a problem for us, but just to note for older people); there is a spacious room with en-suite on first level. Outside upstairs deck area needed cleaning/spruced up. Parking space was tricky (small), but did have garage area (we had 2 vehicles). Nice area. Teens noted that bunk room was hot. We liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. Would stay again!
