'Tim & Faith's Rooftop' is a new construction property as of late 2021. Be sure to see the reviews on our other homes while we build our guest and fan base for this little beauty!
With the garage converted to our feature games room, parking is limited to approximately 14 guest spots for the entire 50 home community and on street parking on Cherokee is also limited . Parking is also prohibited in front of the garages. Violators may be towed. Please consider traveling to and from the airport with ride share such as Uber & Lyft.
Our hope is you choose to stay with us on your first visit to Nashville and then we become the ‘go to’ place to re-book for all your future trips!
The owner is willing to consider pets on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire with us about the additional fee and approval if you are considering traveling with your furry friends.

This location was amazing. I have been to many other properties and had to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc so i was prepared but didnt even have to pull out my stash.. they even had coffee which was a plus. The host was execellent in comminicating with me through the entire process. It was vert clean and had everything we need plus some. We absolutely loved the rooftop and garage. GREAT ASSETS TO OUR ENTERTAINMENT. This location was centralized for everything we wanted to do. PICKING THIS LOCATIION DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

The house was exactly as listed. It was great for our guys trip to Nashville. I gave a 3/5 rating due to the amount of break ins of vehicles while we were staying. Our vehicle was also broke into the last night of our trip. Lots of police presence and thefts still happening. House was great, just wish the neighborhood was better. I wouldn’t stay again just due to the neighborhood and safety.
