Relax and recharge at this spacious and centrally-located retreat. The Nautilus is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower-level unit in the historic Carriage House at J.S. Hubbs Guest House — just steps from Keuka Lake and Hammondsport’s Village Square. Ideal for two couples or friends traveling together, it features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, Roku TVs, and off-street parking (primary bathroom has a tub). Named in honor of our mom’s connection to Admiral Rickover and the USS Nautilus, this space offers a unique mix of history, privacy, and modern comfort. NOTE: The Nautilus is being fully renovated and will be available starting July 2025. We will update inside photos after renovations are complete.

Walter was super friendly and helpful. Great communication. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Walter and Meredith are very thoughtful in the amenities they provide. You can walk to the downtown area which offers several nice restaurants, gift shops, and a great bakery. Many wineries within a short drive. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Walt thought of everything!! There were even cups and dishes for little ones, not that we had any there. Spotless and comfortable, and an easy walk to everything. I will highly recommend to everyone, and will definitely be back!

We stayed in The Nautilus & it was perfect for us, clean & the location is so close to the water & we enjoyed walking to the water. Walter was so helpful & answered any questions we had promptly. We do plan on returning soon.
