Lovely woodwork and decoration. Plenty of keurig coffee to choose from. Wonderfully clean everything working well, beautiful exterior flower baskets and gift baskets inside. Location was terrific except for a pizza parlor nearly directly across the street on the side the master bedroom faces. The master bedroom needs room darkening shades. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water.
For us, the beds were not as confortable as we would like too hard. We sleep in a soft Saatva. I slept on the delighfully comfortable sofa in the tastefully deocrated and comfortable living room.

No breakfast, but the host did leave all the coffee, tea and accouterments, which was lovely. We made coffee in the morning and sat on the front porch before our kids got up.
Location was great, a little loud because of the traffic, but not a big deal in such a small town. 10 second walk to the park, restaurants, shopping... Perfect location for that. Great parking and easy to get in and out.
The house itself is charming, obviously older with smaller rooms, but decorated in excellent taste. Front porch is comfortable and easy. Also the furniture by the garage was very comfortable. The garden was lovely, with blackberries and grapes on the vine.

Our three night stay was amazing. The house is in a great location to explore Hammondsport and Keuka Lake, with lots of private off street parking. It's half a block from the main square with adorable restaurants, art, and antique shops so there was plenty for our family to do together or split up and do our own thing. It's a quick drive up either side of the lake to get to amazing wineries and farms. It's a spacious house and Lisa was a wonderful host.
I believe she purchased it this spring so everything is brand new, impeccably clean, well thought out, and so cozy. The welcome basket and homemade chocolate chip cookies were such a nice touch, as well as the coffee bar with flavored syrups, and a variety of games and puzzles. Beds and linens were really luxurious, the shower pressure was like a pressure washer, and the AC was cool and crisp. I only wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the porches and the covered BBQ area!
I'd come back in any season. It's truly lovely!
Nothing. It was lovely. I think she has plans to add another full bath soon which should make it even better.
