Our first priority when renting a vacation home is cleanliness & most of time we have been disappointed. NOT with Twin Porches! Everything was beautifully clean & well stocked is putting it lightly! The tastefully decorated rooms create such a relaxing atmosphere! Our favorite spot was the front porch where we watched our hammondsport world go by. The back patio was a fun place to be & we loved that we could pick fruit from the peach & apple trees. It’s a very short walk to restaurants & shops & an afternoon ice cream cone from the Crooked Lake was a daily treat. The Thursday concerts in the close by park were entertaining. There was nothing lacking in this lovely home & we would love to rent it again!

My husband and I were here with our teen kids and one set of parents! It was so nice to have 4 beautiful bdrms with a basket in each full of goodies! If you love coffee, tea or hot chocolate…this is your place!! The

We had the best time here! Exactly as described, host was super communicative, property was very clean and all amenities in working order. GREAT location right in the heart of town. 100% would recommend this home to anyone

The listing said two bathrooms. This is incorrect the 2nd bathroom on the main floor was in a laundry room with only a toilet and a cabinet area with a sink, there was no tub/shower Which makes this a 1/2 bathroom not 2 bathrooms! Also they have an ant problem we left some cinnamon rolls in their box on the kitchen countertop and when we got back after going down to the lake these ants loved the cinnamon rolls. The listing was fairly clean all though there was hair around the drain in the upstairs shower and the kitchen sink strainer was disgusting. Having said all this it's a great location!!!
