This property is 2 stories features a large living room, midsized kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, bed sizes are 2 queen beds, 1 full bed & one with 1 single size bed trundle and 4 bunk beds total of 8 beds. Perfect for large groups or families. Amenities free WiFi, TV's- tv in each bedroom & living room, hair dryer, backyard & grill. 1.5 bathrooms. We provide clean fresh linens, soap, shampoo,
conditioner, coffee. equipped for both long or short stays to make your holidays or vacations one to remember. Minimum stay 2 nights during the summer months, after Labor Day will accommodate 1 night stay & same day booking. Also available for Winter rental. Summer months can be rented for a month or more inquire for rates. Must be 25 years old or older to book, sorry no High School parties or disruptive parties. Violation of these rules will result in vacating propety with NO REFUND. Cameras outside of property
