Welcome to this just renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home just 1.5 blocks from the beach in Ventnor. Hang out on the beautiful front porch, cook a meal in the spacious kitchen and or make a BBQ in the backyard. Theres even a video game room for the kids! The house features modern furnishings and decor with a classic beach house charm. Sleeps up to 12 people, and parking for two cars!
The space:
Step inside our meticulously crafted beach retreat and be greeted by an atmosphere of coastal elegance. The living area boasts tons of natural light, stylish furnishings, and new vinyl floors throughout. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind in front of the 60` flat-screen TV, or gather with loved ones for a game night in the inviting ambiance of the living space.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. The island offers plenty of space to prepare your favorite dishes and accommodates three barstools underneath. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table (seats 10) , or take the meal outdoors and dine on the private patio, with sea breezes and sunshine.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Retreat to one of four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night`s sleep. All four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with a full Jack and Jill bath attached. The adjoining room has a queen bed, nightstands, clothing storage and a desk. The second full bathroom is located just outside this door. It features a wooden towel rack, tiled floors, and a spacious shower with tiled surround. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstand, and plenty of clothing storage with two closets. The master suite includes a king bed and offers an abundance of natural light coming from the beautiful bay windows. On the 3rd floor, you`ll find the spacious game room featuring a comfortable couch, two bean bags chairs, TV and gaming system!
Outdoor Space:
Step outside and discover your own private oasis, where relaxation and entertainment await. The spacious front porch is complete with a 4 piece patio set. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea on the covered front porch as you catch a glimpse of the ocean. As you journey to the back, you’ll find a fenced in yard, gas BBQ grill, picnic table and dining set with umbrella. In addition, at the rear of the home is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand.

The house was great, roomy, comfortable beds, clean. Close walk to the beach and easy access to Atlantic City. Cole the host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Would rent again!

We enjoyed a great stay over the Thanksgiving weekend--the house was clean, had everything we needed to cook together, and was well appointed. The location is great--an easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach, set in a quiet residential area of Ventnor. The game room on the top floor was a hit with our teens. We would definitely go back!

Really enjoyed our stay in Ventnor Beach! The house was a great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was modern, renovated and great size for family. We would definitely reserve it again—Thank you Host House!
