There are also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower) and separate toilets. A utility room with a washing machine and a large garage—perfect for storing bikes, luggage, or beach gear—complete the layout.
Outside, a spacious wooden deck is perfect for summer meals or evening gatherings, with garden furniture and a plancha grill.
